OVALplus* - The newly patented system by KÜHNEZUG.

More than 20 years ago the first Oval Girder was built. Now the newly developed OVALplus* with all its advantages helps cutting costs.

Due to the oval shape, the weight of the crane can be reduced substantially. As a result the pressure on the wheels can be minimised. This leads to lower expenditures on your side, even before the crane has started its long life of duty. Furthermore the oval profile allows large overload reserves with spans up to 50m. Such gain can not be achieved with conventional E.O.T. cranes.

The logical advancement to Ovalplus* offers you further reductions by saving in-building height of up to 600 mm (263 inches). Your economic benefit is based upon savings of building costs and operating expenses. The drive unit ROLLCOMPACT enables direct running on the crane rail, or alternatively, directly on the upper flange of the crane way girder. Consequently you could do without the expensive crane rail.
